This still bothers me.. I apologized and asked potential client if they could wait. He said no, and I understood. What he said is true. However, what was not said to this potential client (he did not want to hear much, he was rightfully upset), that it was an emergency trip out of town. I explained to the customer of being in a location with little to no internet connection. I called customer once I was able to view my emails and make calls (on my way out of the city). Every call during that time at location dropped before I could answer and I could not make any outgoing calls or change my voice-mail as I was unexpectedly roaming. Sir, I really wanted to call you back to offer a free service at a future date if needed, but did not want to upset you further. So, I was hoping you would leave a review as you have done. That free notarization is available to you or a family member within a 20 mile from my office location. I take every client's need seriously as if it was my own. I am knowledgeable, precise and (outside of 1 in 30 years of customer service) timely. I offer again my apologies. All In One Notary Services LLC is here and mobile for all clients.
