All City Pawn Shop W Ave J, Lancaster

This was the 3rd pawn shop I went to in a week to sell my 14k and 10k jewelry I no longer wear. Not only was the guy very courteous but he was honest. He gave me the most money for my jewelry by 2x what the other 2 shops offered me. Unbeknownst to all three of the pawn shops I weighed my jewelry each piece beforehand and checked to see what the price for gold was running before entering the shops. One shop tried to tell me my jewelry weighed less than what it did and gave me a ridiculously low amount and the other didn't want to pay for the diamonds in the jewelry. The gentleman at All City not only confirmed the weight with me ...he by far gave me the highest price offer. That I didn't hesitate to accept.

Quick and easy! Came in thinking I wouldn't get what I asked for but to my surprise. I over thought everything. Only because three other places only offered me half of what I needed. All city give me what I wanted because they knew my gold is worth every dollar received. Thank u for helping instead of making me feel little for asking for what my gold is worth.

When there to buy a saw did not find the saw I was looking to buy but found a saw that would work so I purchased the saw work out just fine for the project I was doing.

I went here yesterday for a pawn loan. I got a fair estimate for my item, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I told them I would be going to a few other places to check. I was given their business card, and told if I got a higher price somewhere else, to please call them and let them know, and they would try to work with me. As it turned out, I was given a better quote at one of the other 3 places I went. As I had appreciated the fact that All City had given me their card for this purpose, I did call to let them know about the new offer. The man on the phone told me if I returned, they were sure they could match it. I felt like they cared about me as a customer, and had much more of a personal touch than the rest of the places I had visited. Based solely on this fact, I decided to go back, and I was so surprised when I was offered an even better deal than I had expected. The location itself didn't have the somewhat dangerous and clinical feel I've grown accustomed to from other pawn places. I was told clearly what the charges and interest were on my loan, and what the terms were as well. I would definitely come back here again for another pawn loan, and really appreciated the friendly attitude of the employees.

This place is a good pawn shop the young guy that’s sometimes is there is very nice he has helped me out when I was in need big time but the problem here is the man with the glasses that’s always there he is there most of the time and he is the only one that always tries to low ball people and he is very rude and is never willing to me out in any way whatsoever . I’ve done business with this pawn shop for over 1 thousand dollars and had a experience doing so because of the other guys but I won’t be coming back here anymore because most of the time I get lowballed and ripped off really bad when the other mannwith the glasses is there . I rather go to platinum jelewry and loan in Lancaster on Sierra highway and ave j then to go here where I know I’m gonna get an amazingly low offer .

NOT EXPENSIVE! 330% APR. I RETRACT and am EDITING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. The nice young man explained the rates are indeed set by the State of California. I also checked with Rick's Pawn Shop (they said the same thing). I apologized to him for saying that he lied about the 330% APR. I'm glad Google printed my name on this review so that All City knew who I was when I picked up my items and explained to me they saw my review so that I can correct this review. I apologized profusely for posting before I even investigated and told him I would be back again.

Bought an item a couple days ago, which didnt have the original power source that it came with ( had a replacement, same voltage required, however it wasn't for the item purchased) . Anyway when my husband noticed he advised I call to let them know in case it was a mistake. Called, let them know .. their response? " it works right? Me: yeah but that's not the point . Them : well its the same voltage so it doesn't matter , you can bring it back if you want ". We chose not to take it back. The point was not if it worked because if it DIDNT it would have been taken back. The point was I spent my money on something and expected it to be original parts, in case I'd like to sell it myself one day. Long rant short inspect everything before you LEAVE ANY SHOP. I expected one thing and got another, definitely my fault . Expectactions lead to disappointments. I or anyone I know won't be spending any money there 🤷‍♀️ Lesson learned .

This company is a joke and and do NOT STAND BEHIND THE CUSTOMERS! They send items to customers with EMPTY PACKAGES! You read that correctly, EMPTY PACKAGES! Then tell eBay they have proof of delivery and you just lost the product and your money! Be warned!!!!

The worst experience ever, sold my item I pawned before they were suppose to. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, they are criminals. I pawned my item and tried to go get it during my 10 day grace period and he flat out said( I sold it LEAVE) horrible. DONT GO TO ALL CITY PAWN

Super rude and unprofessional. Was only one guy inside who was an A hole. Go elsewhere.
