The lady up front was so nice and polite, very kind hearted did the job quick and super efficient this is the place to go for all your needs.

I have been coming to this place for years and they always charged me an extra fee for about 6 bucks tops for using a debit card. Last week I went to buy my sticker they charged $160, today for my husband’s truck they charged me $175.50. Now mind you the price for the sticker was $151.00, they said the dmv raised fees to $9.50 more which is understandable but what is the other $14 for?? And on top of that they want you to text them to a personal phone a picture of your I.D. Yeah this place is definitely up to no good and I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau! They are taking advantage of people and forcing people to send their personal information to their phones! I could only imagine how many elderly or even young people they have taken advantage of! Shame on these people!!

Very unprofessional staff, not following VISA merchant agreement, just because my card is sign DOES not mean you need my ID. also this place is charging extra 16 dollars for SURCHAGE for debit card fee's. would of understand a dollar or two extra. BUT 16 DOLLARS?

I hate going to currency exchanges for obvious reasons but I went there because i had to get new license plates and was surprised. Super professional, clean, everyone spoke great English and the customer service was better than most banks. Not kidding. If you have to go to a currency exchange go here. Also they’re next to a really good liquor store that has rare whisky.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff! The Hispanic lady seemed that she hated her life and did not want to help instead asked me "what do you need". They over charge you so much! I don't reccoment anyone going there. Instead go to the one thats by Dunkin donuts on Kirchoff by jewel.

I called today to simply ask if my plates have come in because it’s been over a month and half. The employee working tonight answered the phone very rudely and barked “what do you need.” And instead of looking up my name or my vehicle she said I needed to provide her an exact date of when I ordered them. I told her I didn’t remember the exact date because I didn’t think I would need that information to receive my plates. After asking her to look me up with other information she hung up on me. Horrible customer service. As soon as I receive my plates I will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know not to use this currency exchange.

This place is straight up trash. We only went to this currency exchange because it was close by but the Hispanic girl at the counter was very unprofessional and rude, telling us we had to call in before coming to pick up money when that’s not even a rule. Don’t make up bs and just account for your shortcomings as a place of business. Oh and don’t be on your phone when there is already a line forming. Common courtesy isn’t very common here.

Horrible place and experience. The service rep lady Patti at the counter basically violated my privacy. She intended to take a picture of my check and i.d through her PERSONAL cell phone to send to her manager to see if my check can be cashed?!!!! I asked to stop immediately! This place is highly suspicious and i would recommend to stay away! To bad my bank was too far or else i would've never stopped in.

I come to the currency often and find this one to be best of all in the suburbs. I get great and quick service every time, Lidia and Gladys are such friendly, very nice and helpful when I come in. They get me in and out every time. I highly recommend this currency.

I love going to this store. I'm always treated respectfully & I've never had a bad experience. Definitely somewhere to go if you wanna get in & out
