I would like to give a little background on this customer's experience. When laptops we have come out for sale they are wiped 100% clean with a brand new copy of windows - this is for security reasons as we do not want to have the previous owners personal information left over on the computer - because of this it is extremely unlikely that we would sell a computer "full of viruses." As is printed on the sales ticket and stated several times in the store - we do not accept returns. Because of this we encourage the customer to fully try the product they want to buy BEFORE they buy it. This customer tried the product out in the store, and then waited a full week before calling us to tell us there was a problem with it. We try to do everything we possibly can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase, but we are not responsible for user caused problems.

We base how much we give on the computer on the specs, not how much they are when they are new. I dont remember seeing this laptop today and we only give rough estimates over the phone but I am sorry you had a bad experience.
