Kelsey is OUTSTANDING, went above and beyond to assist with my unusual business situation. I had a lot of cash to deposit in Bank of the West, but their ATM door was broke and I had to sleep on it when the market opened at 6:30 am Monday PST. Kelsey deposited my cash before noon, PRINTED a NEW DEBIT CARD, CALLED to ACTIVATE it, then handed it to me, asked if I needed anything else, then helped the dude behind me like a Boss. Now I have a lot of money to invest in Stocks today before market close and a New Card to take the spouse to dinner with the profits! This bank is not open 24 hours. The grocery store is. Great location, but there actual bankers do have hours. Alaska USA please update this.
