    Wasnt impressed with Saturday customer service...at all....i am from out of state and was needed to help my elderly mother who is in a completely different state by putting some cash in her account...so i had to use shared branching. I guess in Arizona there are only certain credit unions who offer shared branching on Saturdays. This branch was one of them....as i was explaining i needed to do shared branching to put some money in my moms account the tellers demeanor totally changed...as if i asked her to do something terrible...i proceeded to talk about how strange it was that only certain credit unions have shared branching on Saturdays....she said thats because it takes away from OUR members...i said what...she said shared branching takes up credit unions time they could be spending with their own members so its limited on Saturdays to focus on members... I said credit unions are a co op...to help member make a simple deposit doesn't take any longer if im a member here or at another credit union....just the fact that she and another teller were talking down upon me for using shared branching as if it was a hassle and telling me their members are more important then my shared branching members transaction rubbed me the wrong way...rude and unprofessional.. won't be returning with my money to bother you guys with my shared branching needs since im not important..smh

    I just had the privilege of working with Leanna Gray to buy a home in Arizona. We started this process out of state to get a jump on buying a home before getting here. She was incredibly responsive, even on the weekends! She worked diligently to stay on top of all of our paperwork to make sure everything went smoothly. The timeline started getting pretty tight because of the sale of our old home, but there she was, every step of the way, even responding to emails at nearly 9 pm to make sure we had everything ready to record the next day! It’s always nice during these times to have someone you can trust to work so hard on your behalf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Financed $75k vehicle loan through AlaskaUSA FCU. We sent in our insurance verification the week we purchased the vehicle after we received account numbers. It has taken the past three months to get them and their broken system to recognize our insurance, culminating in them automatically charging us for insurance. I re-sent in my insurance policy a fourth time, and had my State Farm agent do it again as well. They FINALLY recognized it. The first CSR sent me to an automated system death sentence rather than actually listening. I plan on refinancing now and this company will never see another penny of mine. Recommend that strongly consider avoiding. The customer service was not helpful.

    Worst Bank ever! I came to open an account, and I already had a checking and saving account that was open without my authorization or my presence, in which they open when my husband came in to make a payment for their benefit, not ours. He doesn't even know my social security! I only came to open an account because it would make it easier to auto pay my loan but never was I told that I had 60 days to get loan reductions in which it had already been 90 days which it's fine. But I'm like how did they open a saving and a checking without me being there?? Its scary! As soon as I can I will be transfering everything to my bank because I do not want to deal with their lack of services, and poor security standards.

    Absolutely terrible company, location and service. Your employees on the phone and in person are rude, disrespectful and unintelligent in addition to being poorly trained. When you call the call center for help, they will put you on hold for long periods of time until you just hang up because they don't want to nor know how to deal with customers or issues. If you don't hang up - they will transfer you blindly to a voicemail. Everytime I walk into this branch nobody says hello or greets you and they have absolutely ZERO hustle or time management skills. Be prepared to wait around forever.

    Truly great service by friendly staff members. Never any waiting in line, they are quick and very knowledgeable about all the services they have to offer and which are best suited for your needs. I'm on my 3rd vehicle purchase with Alaska USA. They've always been there ready to back me whenever I need it. I'm a member of 2 credit unions, Alaska USA federal is my favorite.

    Im at first I was a little disappointed because I got charged extra money but besides that this Credit Union has a sign that clearly states that has a ATM drive-thru I approach to pictures and it clearly does not so if you're thinking of just driving through an ATM do not go to this Bank thank you
