    I have had nothing but great experiences with this branch and credit union. Sure, the video tellers were awkward at first but it's actually very convenient and easy now. I prefer it. If I need additional assistance, there is someone there to help in person. Noticing a lot of bad reviews seems more about people's aversion to change and not an actual problem. Every person, whether virtual or in person, has been kind, efficient, and patient with my every request. Keep up the great work, Advantis!

    I’ve been a member of Advantis for 10ish years and I’ve had nothing short of excellent customer service. Today, Bernadette helped me and truly connected - making me feel at ease with my transaction which I had built up to be stressful. I have my checking, savings, mortgage (and refinance), and HELOC all through Advantis and I’ve always gotten great service and rates. To those that complain about the video tellers, I don’t get it. They’re easy to use and helpful. Any time I’ve needed something that a digital teller can’t accomplish, there’s been someone ready to assist me in the branch. I love the Woodstock branch and Advantis as a whole. Thanks for being on my team and supporting me through thick and thin.

    I love Advantis, but this branch is awful. They’ve converted to video tellers, who cannot handle most transactions. I needed a courtesy check, and they couldn’t help with that. I wanted to deposit change and they couldn’t help with that. I did manage to deposit cash, but then never received they email receipt that I requested. They are basically no more useful than an ATM. I will not be returning to this branch for anything other than withdrawing or depositing cash. Advantis should really rethink the video teller system. If they convert more of their branches, I will take my banking elsewhere.

    Worst Customer service ever!!!!!!! I called them up do to me paying a bill and the company wont take my payment do to my zip code not being correct from my bank. So I call Advantis and nurelain asked for me to verify cvv # birth date and full address which i gave. And Nurelain says how can i help you. I told her my issue that i want to see what zip code they have on file. She goes ok go ahead and verify it with me i said i just verified my info with you (cvv,bd, FULL ADDRESS!) and she wants to play games. I tell her are you kidding me i just gave you my address i need to find out what YOU are looking at as a ZIP CODE. and she says go ahead and verify. I tell her this is unacceptable customer service. and i want to speak to a supervisor and Diana #1417 comes on the line and says i need to give them the zip code. So i gave it to her and guess what. it took 30 minutes just to get this info. Moral of the story. I sell cars for a pretty big dealership and every single customer that sits IN front of me will here thit story in detail. With a little stretch of the truth. I will cancel account and take my chances else where. That was terrible for them to do. It sucks i have to give even one star! This credit union sucks !!!! Now on to facebook, Instagram yelp!

    No restroom available to their clients. They direct you to BiMart across the street which requires membership. Otherwise, fine place!

    This is the worst bank ever!! Customer service is non existent. Please choose and bank with any other credit union but this one. They will reverse checks and handle transactions you NEED to be included in and be aware of but only call you way after the fact and update you when it’s convenient for them. I promise you this is the worst bank EVER! They have 3.5 stars (already bad) but it’s much worse they don’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible….

    Sonja from the LP department saw fit to freeze our debit cards for our business accounts, all 8 of them for 3 different companies for 6 months because our accounts went slightly into the negative 3 times in the first few months of starting some new businesses. Even at the request of some of the nice associates who work at the location she still refused to unlock any of the debit cards for any of the businesses. The people who work in the location are nice, but the LP department makes this an organization I would Never recommend doing business with.

    I love the video tellers! As a remote worker, I have full respect for my "remote bankers". Really surprised at all these negative Nancies and Norberts! I have only had good experiences in person and "remotely" at the Advantis Woodstock branch. I have never once had to "wait on line" to speak to a video teller. They are invariably friendly, sometimes jovial and always efficient. I can't say the same thing for all my "in person" experiences I've endured at other banks. If you need attention to something beyond a basic transaction, there are always other personnel available and willing to help. I will soon be moving across the country and was delighted to hear that I would be able to keep my Advantis account...thanks to the joys of REMOTE capabilities and online functionality. Time to saddle up for the 21st Century...the future is now.

    Best banking experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been a member for over 5 years now, and have only positive things to say! I got the lowest APR rate available in town for purchasing a new car which is now paid off. I love that the free checking is actually free checking! The ATM fee reimbursement is really helpful. I also think the mobile app is pretty great and convenient.

    I absolutely love Advantis credit! I probably have been a member 15-20 yrs. For me, I use it as my saving account. I used to go to the Belmont CU, but since being retired, the Woodstock branch is very close to my home and it is a blessing to me, to have it so close! I love their innovative ways and how user friendly it is!
