They are overwhelmed with work and as a result, errors were made and customer service suffers. Bounced around to different closing agents, difficult to get emails returned or phone calls returned. I'm sure they don't really care...they are too busy now so they don't really want any more business. Just lower your expectations and pay attention to EVERY detail

Worst title company I have dealt with. Don’t answer emails, don’t return voicemails. When you do talk to someone they put you on hold and then say they have to review the info and never call you back. Avoid buying homes where they are listed as escrow agent. Incompetent

After talking with both Title Companies in the Villages, I felt Rusty at Advantage Title show the most interest, and I was not just another caller. I got a cash buyer, needed to close within a week, and Rusty said they could do it if I delivered the contract that next day, which I did. It was a very busy time for them, but they handled it very well, with Connie guiding me thru the signings so I could return to NC early in the day for my 12 hr. drive, and the buyers came to Rusty that afternoon. I would not hesitate to recommend them as THE BEST for their performance....friendly, professional, and called to tell me when the funds would be wired to my account.
