Not sure who everyone that has rated advantage lending has dealt with but I myself dealt with Mark Reinhardt at Advantage Lending whom my favorite realtor Amy Allen referred me to, Mark does 10 ⭐️ not 5! Mark had my fixed rate done within 3 weeks! Where as AmeriSave had me still in process at 9 months! I choose Mark Reinhardt!

We tried to get a loan through them to buy a house, but all we got was a run around. After a month of going back and forth just trying to obtain an approval letter so that we could make an offer on a home, we finally gave up. We were able to go online and obtain a Quicken Loan in about a day we had our approval. Don't waste your time!

Disaster! DON'T contact these people for anything! They don't follow up with you & then they're rude when you finally get a hold of them! CP is a jerk. There are a ton of better companies to work with in Raleigh.
