I'm a little aggravated with them, bill was due on friday, I had things come up with my child being sick was gonna pay Monday and woke up after Halloween. And my car was gone, didn't even have the common currage or curtisy to let someone know, my sons car seat is in there my wife's purse, it's a little rediculus in my opinion, I understand they have to be firm but at the same time not understanding at all!
