I use the Allen, Texas branch and, while I use their on-line services for many needs, it is a pleasure to be greeted in their convenient physical location. They couldn't open a simple business savings account for me. I just don't understand. Took me 15 minutes at Wells Fargo. Losing business because they aren't on top of things. I won't be using them ever again

No problems for me yet! Love the quickly-disappearing DRIVE-THRU!!! So so irritating that banks & credit unions are shutting down their drive-thrus, and this is the 1 drive thru for Advancial near me that I know if that’s not downtown Dallas, so THANK YOU ADVANCIAL for NOT shutting down your drive thru! And I HATE YELP!!! Only 1 review for this location on YELP, and, surprise surprise, NEGATIVE! This branch is always friendly and helpful to me. Screw what YELP idiots say. Anyway, I like Advancial.
