I went into their office with 3 years of over due taxes which I thought I was looking at over 5 thousand each year of payments. Disappointing to say the least. We hear constant radio and internet commercials on how Advance Tax Solutions are here for small business but unfortunately this is not the case. I called about the PPP loan information and they said they would call me back before the end of the day due to the person on the phone "didn't know anything about it". A week and half later I called back and the woman I spoke to said again she didn't know anything about the PPP loans have "you looked at the IRS website". Unfortunately this is the lazy, insulting, pass the buck approach. Of course we have looked at the IRS website and the complexity is why we are calling. Extremely frustrating

So thankful for the outstanding help and complete understanding of the staff at Advanced tax solutions. Frank knew exactly what need to be done and laid out the plan of action out in very plain language. I now have a payment plan that I can handle and qualified for a first time abatement that knocked off almost 1/3 of me tax payment. Thanks again

I was blown away by Advanced Tax Solutions. I've had a lingering, ongoing tax issue since 2007 and am finally getting it cleaned up. The advice and guidance I received from Charles was invaluable.
