I have done business with this location for about 9 years maybe more...always recieved awesome customer service. Never had a issue with any reps or managers...I have seen many reps and managers come and go. Also service is always prompt when I go in store！Keep up the great work！

They don't even deserve 1 star. Manager harassed my 80 year old mother with 10 phone calls a day. Also physically went to her house and beat on her door. And when loan was fully paid off they made her wait 3 weeks to get her title back. Manager is a liar and a bully and employees are rude!

was in the process of buying multiple broken units, manager decided to change their price grabbed unit from my hand and said not for sale, very rude. never been treated with that much disrespect and arrogance. run the other way .they dont want your $$$$$

I've been doing business with company for years. The ladies are patient and clear with explaining every transactions. Would not take my business anywhere else.👍

Had a question about loan, called the number on their website and not once did I get an answer. Worst customer service ever, I don’t even know why they put the number on their website if nobody is going to answer your call. And yes I did call during business hours and still nobody picked up.

Tomez was real good great service fast and quick.
