Best customer service! In fact I had one bad experience with a previous employee when i first started using their services and I didn't even have to make a complaint as the manager immediately stepped in and handled the situation. Very professional and friendly. Loan prices are very affordable and seem to be on the lower end compared to other loan businesses in our area. And they are always willing to work with you if you have any problems with payments. We've never been harrassed or even penalized for late payments. I like this place because when you walk in they make you feel like home cuz they real good at memorizing faces and sometimes with names too and if you're down and out and need a lift up with a word of encouragement or something or you need some advice on a loan or if they should or shouldn't stay at least help you and if they are some wrong with your credit or whatever they'll at least give you advice on who to go to on the internet
