I regret I ever did business with this location. Every interaction with the manager was horrible. I called another location on Mississippi street and was helped by a very nice lady name Laura who advised me unfortunately for what i needed i had to go back to this location but to ask for Bobbie and I'm so very glad that I did. Bobbie made a world of a difference. Thank you Bobbie for your smile and courteous service. Maybe Bobbie can teach the manager how to treat people.

This place is awesome. I have been using them now for about 2 years and never had a problem. I've gone through other loan places and had serious problems with them. I will always use this place and highly would recommend it to any one any day.

The two women working there were extremely rude and not helpful at all. This was my first time getting a loan and working with this company and I will never ever come back nor refer anyone to Advance America. Especially if you want to get any form of respect.

Rude. Rude. Rude. People come here for help because they are in a bind smh. Don't like people? Don't work a customer service job! I brought in everything they asked of me argued about my pay stub. I work for the federal government, the exact location of my job is not on my LES (leave and earnings statement/pays tub) it says Department of Veteran Affairs and they wanted to argue that. Then I get paid night time differential, Biohazard and Hazmat pay which are listed separately but all accumulated in my gross/net pay as one.... They wanted to argue that... I have never experienced a place that made it so difficult for no reason. After I pay this off I'm never using them again.

Ms. Tameeka had excellent customer service! She knew what to do and did it fast/efficiently. Recommend this store!

Worst customer service ive ever had. Every other loan agency accepts a 1099 paystub but they decide its not a real paystub

Advance America is always my go to when I'm in need of some extra cash. They always have good service and the attendants are very helpful and generous.

Very friendly place!! The lady that helped me Ms.Jean was very very nice I definitely recommend this place !!
