Frannie and Mary are the greatest!!! They have accommodated me through some of the toughest times in my life. When my Mother passed at the beginning of the Covid lockdown, I lost my job and my place to live (because I was a live-in care provider) and my mother all in one foul swoop. Well… they were there for me and worked with me to make it through those tremendously tough times. Unfortunately, I have heard of the Ukiah location closing in June 2021. This saddens me! I live on the coast and have to travel 1.5 hours to get to this location, but it is the closest one. Now I will have to travel another hour to get to the next closest one. I just don’t think that is possible for me to do. It is just too far, and not to mention the gas cost. I really hope that corporate changes their minds on this one. They will be loosing their best employees… their greatest asset!

I've never had to take a loan out for anything but recently had some things happen that made it necessary so I tried to online but there was no timeframe estimate so I went in the store and spoke to the ladies there. They made it really easy to get everything sorted out. They were super helpful and patient with all of my questions. As someone in the service industry myself, it was very refreshing to have such wonderful customer service.

Franny and Mary are the sweetest most helpful girls give the best advice and provide the greatest customer service out of ANY cash advance I have ever been to. Highly recommended. Communication is key!
