Excellent and professional customer service from their manager Nicole and the rest of the staff there ! Highly recommend doing more business with them in the future.

I was told by the manager that she was not going to attempt to process a loan for me because of the type of bank I am affiliated with. Mind you, I’ve received an installment loan from this same company at this same location using the same bank. I went to the advance America in Grand Prairie on pioneer parkway 30 minutes later and got the same loan i’d just intended on applying for at the Mansfield location. I am not going to stop my business with advance America because of one unruly associate but I will definitely not do business with the advance America Mansfield location. I’m not sure why google claims there is a location on w camp wisdom rd in Arlington but i wouldn’t waste my time or energy with the Mansfield office. The ladies that assisted me at the Grand Prairie location on pioneer parkway not only apologized for the behavior of a coworker they don’t even know but processes my loan in a matter of minutes without any issues from them, the company or my bank
