The associate that helped me was named Perla and she was very helpful, fast, efficient and friendly! The process was easy and and she explained everything thoroughly so I understood everything about my loan. They also had complementary snacks for costumers. Would visit again definitely!

I've never had a customer service representative treat me like a waitress or bartender would at a restaurant... Until I came here. They are extremely nice and efficient! They always get my needs met and quickly.if you need a payday loan don't go anywhere but here!

Bare with me... Working in hospitality, being a mom, & trying to be a decent human being, ima stickler for great/exceptional customer service. I try to treat people they way i am treated. Sometimes i try to kill TF outta them with kindness in spite of their sourness. And today... Today i found Perla. She works the front desk at my NEW bill pay station. I knew after i spoke to her on the phone yesterday that i would have a great experience. She answered all my questions and then some. When i came into the store she recognized my voice and thanked me for stopping in. She processed my transactions quickly and effeciently all while providing small talk throughout. Thank you!!! Everytime i go into here Perla is always smiling n helpful. Even when they are busy she always finds time to ask about my day and makes me feel welcome.
