I had a great experience with Advance America! Customer service at 103rd street location was great and friendly. She was efficient and walked me through everything because this was my first time ever getting a loan.

I have been getting loans from them for at least five years now and it is an easy process. Only had one issue when it came to paying them back and it was on their end. They corrected that issue and also paid the fee that my bank charged me for over draft. Great experience.

I ‘ve had nothing but great services here. The staff is polite, kind, nice, caring and sincere. Always there to make sure customers are taken care of. The Best place to go.
