I don’t go into the office very often but when I do whoever helps me is always very professional and courteous.

I love Poinciana’s branch since it is a lot closer than Kissimmee’s. The staff is very friendly and the agent has been very helpful in helping me with my concerns. I get prompt calls back and it makes me feel good knowing they care.

Professionalism, expertise, and excellent service by Guaymi made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS for her. I highly recommend this credit union.

I went into that branch to deposit some checks, but also needed a new debit card, however I didn’t have an appointment. The staff there went above and beyond to fit me in the appointment schedule. Their efforts where very much appreciated . Thanks

Ever since the name change from CFE they’ve gone downhill. This last of many incidents that has happened is the last straw. They’ve taken money from me for the last. And don’t try to call. No one has any authority to do anything. They just pass you on to the next agent. If you value your money and your security bank somewhere else.

The whole process was awesome Carlos called me to make sure I was coming for my appointment and Leslie and Michael at the drive thru window were awesome provided great customer service and took care of me in a timely manner I recommend any one who wants to open an account go here the poinciana location !!
