My children all have savings accounts here and they are thrilled to see how much money they have in their accounts when they get their statements. Everyone we ever speak to is also friendly and helpful.

I love the employees at the Leesburg branch. They always great me with a smile and a great attitude. Whenever I need assistance with my account they are quick to help.

Friendliest staff in town and they make it so pleasant to bank with them. They always address me by name and make me feel valued as a customer.

I have to say that I am disappointed in the changes at CFE Leesburg. We have been members for 25+ years and have watched the customer service decline. Today I went to the drive thru to cash a check. I was greeted by “Hi what do you need?” Then I was told to “fill out the form and Ill cash your check “. I’ve never been asked to fill out anything myself, CFE always filled out the check cashing slip and only asked for a signature. I guess I should lower my expectations now.... very sad.

This has been my branch for years and they are the best! Friendly. Prompt. And they give out dog treats! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Do NOT do business with the credit union. They will hold your money hostage when you want to close your acct. This goes up to the corporate level. Too detailed to recount. Employees are rude and come up with every changing reasons why you can't close your acct.

Very proud to be apart of Addtion financial credit union. The girls always go out of the way to make people happy. Thanks gor putting up with me all these years
