Where to begin... So prior to working with Adam my wife and I worked with 3 other lenders. Now, this whole situation now-a-days can be very tricky. But without writing 2 pages worth on craziness, and trust me I easily could, not one of those lenders as thorough and knowledgeable as Adam. I have a good credit score but my wife was lower than most would like. Adam told us what we had to do and we did what he said. I understand it takes time to build trust but trusting Adam came naturally and paid off BIG TIME!!! My 2 kids and wife now have a $300k+ home thanks to his knowledgeable and direction. We did everything he told us to do. And to be honest, at times it seemed like all hope was lost but Adam reassured us and yet again gave us direction and here I am with a BRAND NEW HOME for me and my family. Adam and his team were awesome to work with. Getting a loan on my first home came with a lot of unknowns and Adam was able to guide me through the process and teach me what I needed to know to make it through closing. He helped me raise my credit score with the tools he has and he answered emails, texts, and calls immediately and was always willing to explain any questions I had (I had alot). He made the lending process easy and when it came to close everything went smoothly and we got our keys within 30 minutes of signing. Adam genuinely cares about the people he works with and it shows. I have had the pleasure of working with Adam twice—first on my original mortgage and again on a refinance. He was always super responsive and walked me through every step. Adam really went above and beyond on the refi. The underwriting took longer than expected because of Covid and some other extenuating circumstances, but Adam took extra steps to make sure my rate stayed locked in even though rates had risen.
