I had the opportunity to work closely with Christopher Bryant on a couple of complex real estate transactions involving 1031 exchanges. The two properties were in different cities and came with their individual challenges. In addition to the 1031 exchange, both sales also involved the sale/exchange of businesses. Christopher was a complete pleasure to work with side by side in these transactions. Always professional, worked quickly, was very responsive, calm in demeaner, and a clear communicator. These transactions were also quite time consuming and took several months to close escrow and Christopher provided consistent updates throughout. It was a complete pleasure to do business with Christopher and I look forward to another opportunity work with him in the future. I am relieved to know I don't need to look any further for a colleague to partner with for my commercial real estate and 1031 exchange needs.
