Achieva Credit Union FL, Port Richey

Was not happy when I received my statement and they took 10 dollars for each month(3month statement) for non activity. I'm like do what, it's a savings account. I called and they said they could only return 2 months. But the statement was for 3 months, and it was the only one I had in 3 months. I did not know you had to have at least one transaction in a year for a savings account. It is a SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

Complete incompetence abounds at this financial institution. Over the past few months they have taken an auto loan payment 1 month early (per the contract due date) and failed to accept an early credit card payment as being applied to an upcoming billing cycle. God forbid if I was not prepared for their incompetence. I had money in my accounts to catch and cover their mistakes. In this day when a person's credit score controls your financial life, they could have really screwed up my life. I recommend looking elsewhere for a banking institution.

Excellent service , I have always used banks but this is my first credit union and I find the service to be more personal. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help.

I loved achieva at first but after the years went by more and more incompetence was allowed to take place. After unexplained overdraft fees, transactions dissapearing, and an overall buggy system and a staff who is more willing to point fingers than help i decided to close my account that ive had for about 10 years. I used to swear by them but now ill never refer another person to them.

Was going on vacation. Gave them the complete itinerary. Where what and when? And three times Yes three times. I went to go use my debit card on the vacation. That I let them know. Once on the phone and once in the facility itself And my card was declined. That made me come unglued. No less than 3 hours total. I'm the phone. To prove that I was me. I understand. They're looking out for my best interest. But I was at the place where I told them I would be very very unprofessional

Only with this bank does my direct deposit NOT make it to my bank account ON TIME.. 12:00 the night before.. Nope sorry, they like to wait until you leave for work. Stop and get gas before they let it go through, after ive already been declined for the gas i need to get to work. Its almost like i have to wait for someone to open a branch and hit a button the day after. Ridiculous!

Love the local branch but the app never works and has to be updated like once a week! And if you call there is no option to check your account balance......so pretty much can't check your account balance unless you can call when they are open. Worst banking application I have ever used ever!! Like upgrade your app if you want people to take your bank seriously

I love this credit union! Very professional, friendly and easy to work with! I was able to save with their share secured loan at a better interest rate. I am tickled to have stumbled upon their expertise! Great job ACHIEVA!
