I arrived 20mins before closing (I wasn't sure that I'd make it) about 5 people before me, the store employee, Elijah, took care of everyone in a timely manner, even waiting on 2-3 people at once, which I believed helped me as well when it was my time, I was allowed to come in and while I waited he told me he'd be with me asap, I left the store after it technically had been closed a few minutes, I told Elijah, he gave the best, friendly service that I'd ever had there, and I've been going for years!!

I would recommend Ace cash express I had been to several places who could not complete the transaction, when in reality they just didn't want to take the time an call an verify the information, but the two ladies at the desk took the time to make all the calls an verify the information !! I'm glad I went to Ace.

I was denied only because I didn't have any actual checks because my checking account is prepaid (Netspend) and doesn't offer them and the chance of fraud is higher when you have checks so I have never felt comfortable with them anyway. I went through the entire application and verifying my income but could have been told this information up front. The pamphlet didn't say I needed a check just proof that I had a checking account which a bank statement or my debit card should have been sufficient. I feel my time was wasted and I will not be coming back even if I was able to get checks. There was another lady in there that was denied for the exact same reason. We were being helped simultaneously. You are losing business because of this rule.

I would recommend ACE because I was completely exhausted and out of it when I arrived, and the clerk that helped me had no problem understanding what I needed and giving me all the info I needed about ACE's services as she got my info and cashed my check. Best service I could've asked for!
