      Happened to be in the area, decided to cash some checks nearby because I didn’t feel like waiting on the bank. Never been here before, would never in my life come back or use a check cashing service. First and foremost they took over 2 hours. They constantly needed to “verify” the information I provided, everytime I would verify or provide documentation they would need additional information and had to call someone. They called the company to verify all of the information I had provided, you would think everything was fine, but no. They didn’t have the companies phone number on file, and don’t understand parent companies. After 2 hours, and all the confirmations imaginable from myself and the company...they said there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have the phone number in their system. Lol. I didn’t expect it to take an hour, but after an hour I didn’t want my time to be spent for nothing. After wasting my time, I got in the car, scanned the check on my phone and deposited straight to my bank. If I ever felt a random need to stop at a check cashing place it would NEVER be this one. Sofie or Sofia was great, but her boss or management is definitely below par. It’s 2020 and their processes are well below standards.
