Accurate Title Services Inc Ski Mountain Rd, Gatlinburg

Closed on our house and transferred ownership to the new owner. This title company released funds to the other title company and realtors but refuses to release my husbands funds who sold the house. Don’t recommend!

We closed on a property we purchased at this office last year. We actually chose this company for the transaction, paid for the title work, all closing costs, etc, and were treated poorly by the staff. We are now in a position to choose a title company again for 3 more transactions, and we will not go with this company again due to their unprofessional attitude. We do not feel entitled to "special treatment" by anyone, but we do expect to be treated with respect.

Great staff that takes care of your needs themself not like bigger companies where you are just a number. The work performed is performed by the attorney so as the name states it is “accurate”. Don’t stop your dream because of a closing delay give them a call today.
