Ellise, Sarah, and Anne are the ABSOLUTE BEST recruiters I have EVER experienced in regards to job placement. They are all incredibly professional and make the employment process truly amazing! Their positive attitudes as well as "go-getter" work ethic is second to none! I HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL job seekers!

Despite the reviews here, the Accounting Principals/Ajilon team deserve 10 stars. I have been working closely with Accounting Principals (Ruben Acosta) for over 2 years now in order to advance my career. They have been very helpful through every step of the process. Everyone at their office is always very welcoming, from their reception desk to their staffing managers. I recently had the opportunity of working on an individual assignment with Ajilon (Lindsay Roberts), she was a pleasure to work with. She was in constant contact with me and made the process go as smooth as possible. FYI this company is for individuals who want to help themselves, if you are not motivated and reliable do not waste your time or this companies, please! This company is more than willing to help individuals who are seeking real career opportunities and not just a job!

As a level 5 guide on Google I want to make sure my reviews are fair and balanced. The overwhelming majority of my reviews are positive. However, I feel compelled to warn others of the difficulties I've experienced with Accounting Principals. The sales team is VERY aggressive. They follow-up with great intensity and focus--Insisting on candidate reviews, bumping salaries out of range for the skill sets of the employee, placing undue pressure on the process every step of the way. Unfortunately two of the recent placements they made for me didn't work out. In my history with a half dozen other executive recruiters and 15+ employees --each and every one of the placements has worked out--in most cases the employees have worked with the company for multiple years. Based on my experience with many recruiters I'd advise that Accounting Principals is more interested in getting a deal done than in getting a deal done right. Bottom line: they over promise and under deliver. Unfortunately, the companies that Accounting Principals in Houston work with and the potential employees ultimately suffer. I'd advise against working with them from not only the employer-HR side but also from the employee-candidate side. In either instance for those that are willing to work with them--buyer beware.

I am really disappointed with this company. I thought they would be more professional than some other staffing agencies and would relieve my bad taste of temp agencies but I clearly was wrong.They seem to bring your hopes up and then let you down slowly. I don't think they are really there to help those that are in need of help(from what I've perceived). The care seems to be non-existent. What really bothered me the most was the recruiter I was working with,she kept rejecting my job posts that I would send her via email even though she told me to send posts that I might be interested in and she would see if it was the right fit. She suggested me to their sister company Ajilon, but they treated me in the same way( just ignoring me-like I was a joke). If you do not think I'm qualified to work for your company, just say so and I would've moved on. The promise that there could be something was misleading. I even had to reach out after the first interview. I just thought it was unprofessional the way this recruiter handled things.Don't beat around the bush and act nice when you know you don't have anything in store. I'm sure y'all have some things to deal with on your end, but the way you handled my situation could've been more professional. I will not be recommending this agency to any friends and surely I will not be contacting this company again. I'm glad you were able to help others but you truly made me feel like I am an incompetent person. Just be honest and stop presenting false hope.

I had the pleasure to have Ellise as my recruiter. Having dealt with many recruiters, I found Ellise to be a cut above the rest. Unlike many recruiters who see you as just another number or placement, Ellise truly cared about my needs and did everything she could on her end to find me a job quickly!

Would suggest Accounting Princpals to anyone looking for the “perfect” accounting job. The company they found me a role for has been a great exerience- great culture and starting salary range.
