I have an unusual income situation where there are no tax returns and with all the new requirements to secure mortgage loans most people wouldn't even bother attempting securing a loan for people in my situation. That was/isn't the case with Ms. Street. She rolled up her sleeves talked to underwriters, made inquires and kept me up to date on each step she made. Ms. Street was successful in meeting all the requirements and satisfying the underwriters to help me obtain my loan. Merica Street is able and willing to think out of the box when needed and does so in a professional, caring and friendly manner. If she doesn't have an answer for your questions/needs she'll hunt it down to ensure you have all the facts you need. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!!
