Melissa worked so hard to get me approved for a loan on my new purchase. She is very good at her job and can help when other lenders are not willing too. She is very creative with financing. Not only did she work on my loan during a weekend trip she was on, she helped clear up some credit issues I had. She also got me a better interest rate then I was told was available to me. I can't imagine that Melissa could have done any better! I needed a roof inspection as part of my refi. I was working and didn't have time to find a roofer. She had her assistant call a bunch of companies until someone was available. I have already referred my sister to Melissa for a mortgage and I would absolutely send anyone else her way.
