Found Academy Mortgage online and decided to call. I actually got to speak to a live person, which was nice in this day of push button menus. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. After speaking with a loan agent, I have decided to improve my credit score a bit before I get a loan. It is very nice to not have someone pressure you into doing something right now, and feeling like they care about your long term situation.
