I do not recommend this bank to ANYONE! When you try to deposit a check in the branch they make you set up mobile deposits and tell you that's the best way to deposit them but then they hold your money for a week and half!!! I have had and account with them for over a year! I am closingy account as soon as funds are released!

Our online banking account gets locked all the time. One time we couldn't even use the card they just locked it, not a phone call or email to let us know. Just today I had to change my password because they updated their app, then I got 2 password attempt before I was locked out. Which then I had to call to get it unlocked. My fiance's account onevtime just disappeared, their words. I got locked out one time it took over 30 mins to fix it, because their computers weren't responding is what they said. Then I had to reset everything all of my questions and passwords. Another thing we didn't want a saving account and they just set one up for us. Which normally wouldn't be a problem but it was taking money out of our checking for like this round up stuff. So to turn it off we couldn't use our card for 24 hours we had to do this 2 or 3 times. Just for them to tell us it worked the first time. When I want to talk to someone at the bank about getting money out or depositing money they make me go over to the ATM. The first time I set up an hour it took an hour or more since than that had never happened again but still. I have so many reasons I don't like them, this is just a few. I wont try them again, they are honest terrible. Look at how many 1 star reviews they have there is a reason. We have kept it so long because it's nice it's in walmart but that one pro, out weights all the cons.

I wanted to open up a CD. Only one customer besides me. There were three employees working. One employee was waiting on the one customer that they had. The other teller was at her position with a closed sign up. She was filling out a piece of paper. The third employee was hiding in the office looking at me. No one acknowledged me while I was standing there. No smiles no verbal hello, we'll be right with you, nothing. I evidently was wearing my invisibility cloak. As I'm standing there a couple come up and stand behind me. Finally, the one employee, that was closed doing paperwork, finally looked at me and said, what can I do for you? I told her I was wanting information about their CDs. She said OK, hang on. She went into the office. Starting clearing off a bunch of junk off the desk and tell the woman in the office something. The employee came back out and come to the counter and told me that it would be a minute. And she started waiting on the other customers. I stood there for a few minutes and the woman in the office just looks at me. No smile no acknowledgement, nothing but a glare. At this point I hear the phone and she gets on the phone. I'm still waiting. Finally she comes out and invites me in the office. I ask about the CD rates. She tells me the rates, and I tell her that the rates are very good, but I'm not going to be doing business with them. Since obviously they didn't want my money by their actions. I explained to her why and what they had done. Her remarks were that they wanted my money. I had my checks with me, ready to open up the account. But I left and decided that I'll go elsewhere. At least acknowledge people, look at them and smile at least.

Don't bank here. Nothing but issues for several years. As soon as I get my check situation figured out today I'm closing my account and going to a different bank.

I'm not sure how this bank is still in business. If you have stock in it, I pitty you. DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH INTO THIS BANK! If you do, they will close your account. Odd, but true. I deposited too much cash. Lol. My other banks love my cash deposits.

I’ve had many problems banking here. My recent issue is money has been disappearing out of my account. I added up all of my transactions and my end number was different from theirs. I tried calling but they didn’t help.

They make you change account numbers upon expire date instead of updating the expire date. That causes major changes with all direct payments. This is what they told me at the Bank. So I called the 888 number and the people at the bank were so incorrect, Wrong. Still unsure if I want to deal with this local company.

If You don't have a lot of money don't bank here they have a scumie business practices . They nickel and dime you and don't tell you there's extra fees on things untill after your 60$ in the hole .

Youno what you people are a disgrace to the greater good I want to no what happend to my 1st acount the 1 were I had Greg from Wal-Mart dark skinn .opens it then in my later years in 2017 December I opens another checking and saving because Greg said I can't find your other bank acount like you can just do that with all the money that i had and now you want to say the 2 now are charged off I hope whoever were ever u are you pay and you go threw word shot than I have had to go threw
