Kristen and Jonathan provided the best secure service to helping me cash my check in a time when I lost my I.D. they were very friendly and provide great banking services. This is my favorite academy bank location. They're just cool like that. Y'all Rock thank you very very much!!!

The last manager was unfriendly and made you wait constantly. Now there is a new manager, Lindy. She immediately greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and quick to provide good customer service! Thank you for restaffing this Academy Bank branch.

This institution far exceeds my banking needs, specifically during these uncertain fiscally trying times. The staff and leadership are highly knowledgeable, efficient,compassionate, and are excellent representatives of this bank! The direction, and continual guidance provided by Mrs. Dahl is extremely relevant. I am inspired by the staffs positive attitude, particularly when they prefomed( the YMCA dance!) which they customers really enjoyed! Thank you for allowing me to bank at this stellar institution!

I have been working with this bank for a while now. Everyone up there has been great, but Bobbi is the best. She goes out of her way to help people and has great customer service skills.

Every time I go in there that staff is always so rude. I asked for 5 dollars in quarters and she proceeds to tell me they don't have quarters and her bank teller isn't there... there is a long hair brunette that works there and I've only had good service with her. She always helps me with quarters when needed, anybody else I don't even bother anymore. What bank doesn't have quarters?!?!

My experience of being a loyal customer for many years is so much fun here, I love all of the people that work here including my favs which is all of them haha love y’all have a blessed day and P.S. if you haven’t banked here before You Should they are amazing!!!!!

Had an account with this bank in which we had auto pay with Comcast. We tried to stop the auto pay but Comcast kept charging the account anyway. After talking to them they pointed to our bank as the only way to stop it but get this load of bull, academy bank will only stop the auto pay by charging us a monthly fee to reject said stop payment from Comcast. Frustrating to say the least. Numerous charges every month and they are unwilling to return any fees. We closed that account because of this and are now happy with Chase bank.

This bank has the best customer service, the team members here are the reason I will return to this bank ONLY.

The Mgr says he'll do one thing and does another. He is very unhelpful and unwilling to own up to or fix his mistakes. We are closing our Academy account...absolutely awful Management and poor customer service as well.
