I bought a 2013 Ford Focus the end of May. I have had the car in the shop 3 times so far. The car has a bad transmission and other issues. I have called Abram Auto several times, each time Emily is friendly and tells me they will call me back. I never get a call back. If you buy from Abram Auto be prepared to spend several thousand dollars on car repairs!!!!! Or take your mechanic with you to test drive and inspect.
