Abraham is great. His staff is very helpful. This is the best insurance experience I have ever had. He cares about his clients and his community.

We attempted to switch over to State Farm from our current insurance agent, and went with Abraham as he was in our neighborhood (keeping the money local). After two face to face meetings and several phone calls, their underwriters declined to cover us due to a break-in that had occurred at our place earlier in the year. While Abraham and Rudy were nice enough, the fact that we spent several hours working on our policies only to be denied due to something we had mentioned within the first 10 minutes leads me to feel that our time was wasted. If we had been warned that this was a possibility, I would rate them more highly; however, the omission indicates either a lack of professional knowledge (ie, they didn't know it could happen) or a lack of ethics (ie, they knew it could happen, but didn't want to take the chance on losing the sale), neither of which speaks highly for them.
