worst bank ever. they charge so many fees and are never lenient in times of need. many banks will help out here and there if you’re short one month but not this one. they’re constantly taking money for even being one dollar in the negative it’s a 35 dollar fee each time. Who ever came up with that rule must just be money hungry. The customer service over the phone and on the app isn’t great either they never have an answer for anything and tell you to go to the branch. Not everyone has time to go to the branch. In order to close your account you once again have to pay a fee. This bank charges too many fees.

Branch manager opened my account by switching my SSN with my wife’s SSN. In addition, if you make an additional payment on your mortgage and tell them to put it on the principal, they’ll put it in escrow despite what you tell them. This is not a one time occurrence, its happened two months in a row. They STILL have not corrected that. If it wasn’t so expensive to change mortgage companies we would certainly do that ,

To the loan manager who had the door locked before 1 p.m. on a Saturday, and waved me off at 12:59 yelling "we're closed we're closed". Considering I'm looking at buying a house within the next two years, you've definitely just convinced me that this is not the business that I should get my mortgage with. This is not the first time this has happened. Because of your terrible weekday hours, I'm only able to make it in on Saturdays to make payments. Whenever I have anything to get done in the morning, it's always a rush to get there by 1. In the three or four times that I've pulled up within the last two or three minutes, I've either been treated with disdain for walking in at the last minute, or been locked out prior to the closing of the business. I'm sick of you guys thinking that your time is more important than customers. If you're open till 1, you stay open till 1. If someone pulls in at 1:01, it's good practice to let them in. If they pull in at 12:59, it's absolutely required that you let them in. Again, thank you for convincing me to go with a Traditional Bank for my mortgage over you guys. If you aren't willing to stick around until close to make sure I'm taken care of, what would make anybody ever think you would take care of them in their mortgage?

I've been banking with this bank for a while now and never had anything bad to say until today. I stopped at the one on Cedar Rd for the first time and walk in looking for some help to open additional accounts. I'm looking around and obviously need some help since there is no sign in sheet nor anyone standing at the front. A man walks in a few minutes later and both ladies sitting in cubicles say hello and ask if he needed any assistance. Really??? So I start to say something and one of them says, oh yes can we help you? Well not anymore! I definitely will never come back to this branch, even though it's the closest one to where I live.

They are a terrible company if you want to get a car loan, i would not suggest them at all, they have screwed my husband mulitple time when he was deployed and has threaten me multiple times to put me in jail, ive never have talked to people so unprofessional.

The wait times here never fail to be long and slow. No reason to be here for 30 minutes to see someone i cannot wait to get my car loan somewhere else

This bank has amazing customer service and really worked to meet my needs as a small business.

Customer service was rude and they do not accept online payments, falling behind technologically
