The staff at this location have made me feel like a valued customer. They provide friendly service and give guidance on all my financial matters.

Phone service is terrible, best to go in person for questions and problems...once inside the FCU service is fair.

Pulled into parking lot with 1 drive threw lane open. Upon reaching the outside teller line that was empty the person next to me finished .I then waited 5 minutes before someone acknowleged me and was told I had to wait even longer. Finally another employee told me he would take care of my transaction and had to wait another 10 minutes. Worst and longest transaction in a long time

Our debit card wasn't working when I swiped at a couple stores so I swiped more than once KNOWING money was in the account and thinking it was a mistake with the machine. Well, a couple days later, it withdrew all of the money from those FAILED transactions. I had to go up and sit with someone to have the issue resolved. Now, a couple weeks later, I cannot sign into my online account and EVERY branch phone number is 523-5300!!! I cannot get ANYONE on the phone!! I'm withdrawing my money and switching banks. This is ridiculous!!!

I have banked here for years, but an incident today might just make me go somewhere else. I brought in a check made out to my husband and me, to deposit into my single account. Both of us endorsed it and he wrote that he was signing it over to me. But he wasn't with me, so they told me they couldn't do it without him present, because he isn't on my account. So fine, I went and got him, we showed them both our IDs and he personally TOLD them he was signing the check over to me, and they STILL wouldn't do it! After that, we went right over to his bank (and that account is in his name only), and deposited it using the ATM, no problem. So essentially if a check is made out to you and anyone else, and that person is not on a joint account with you, then forget it, they won't let you deposit it, even if you have that person's permission and they are with you. If ABNB is going to make things so difficult, then as soon as I can, i'm going to close my account and go somewhere else.

Prompt service, friendly staff, phone calls take a little bit to go through, but other than that, very good services
