    Would definitely love to give this company 0 stars! I would let them loan me money all day but as far as banking with them or trusting them with my money......umm no thanks! It was easier to close my account there than it was to do anything at all with them. Oh and by the way if you open a checking account make sure you ask for a debit card because they don't offer them, not only that but they most likely can't guarantee you the can give you one for at least a month after opening an account.

    The worst institution I've ever worked with. Their website is non intuitive and clunky. Making loan payments is oddly difficult, especially if you want them to be reoccurring. Phone service is even worse. I waited on the phone for a full hour today before getting to a person. I was trying to make a loan payment. Then after not helping me access my account, they wanted to charge a fee to process my payment that would have been free if I could get their website to work. The people you talk to treat you like you're lucky they are giving you their time at all. I'm refinancing this loan as soon as I possibly can. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything.

    I went to their location to asked for information about refinancing my car...they didn't help at all, all they say was go online and you'll should find it there. Like why are you even in the office!?!? What exactly are you getting pay for? NOT helpful at all.

    Banked with A+ for 2 years and never had an issue. But the first time I decided to follow their guidance on reporting they not only decided not to honor the claim ( which is expected from banks), they restricted my card and other important services needed to be able to take care of life. My sole source of income comes to this bank and they did this and I have never had an issue with them until this. But that's not all.... they also LIED to me about the amount of a balance owed as well as the certain processes and procedures. One of the representatives said that they probably didn't intentionally lie to me, but can we really accept that from a financial institution? I think not. I am completely done with this bank. If you're looking for a bank that will screw you over during a pandemic and doesn't care about putting you in a hardship. This is the bank for you.

    Stopped in today to make a deposit for my daughter. I was greeted with Masked women employee who required me to remove my hat from my head and keep it off. I felt as if I were a CRIMINAL. The governor has LIFTED the MASK mandate...WHY the Masks?? You people made me feel VERY comfortable and NOT welcomed. I'm just a visitor doing a transaction for one of your customers. Will recommend my daughter moves her account asap. You are WAY too liberal for Texas

    These people are so freaking ridiculous they are extremely rude for absolutely no reason they know nothing about job adequate and they act very racist and bias please choose to go to another bank because you will be disappointed attending this one

    Used Aplus for 9 years, but seems like every time I have had to call for a 2 second question, it’s a 45 minute hold time. Also, sometimes the system balance shows item Paid one day, the next the money is back in the account. Have to be careful. Think it’s time to move on from this place. My other credit union at CUTx has beat A+ 3 times already on my vehicles. By like 4% on the APR. Still waiting to speak to someone after an hour. They also recommended email, but that takes a day for them to respond back.

    Please be aware of this bank, my spouse had a 2017 vehicle financed from this bank. The vehicle was total lost in an accident August 2020. We have USAA as our automobile insurance. USAA did there part in paying over 80% of the auto loan to the lien holder. My spouse purchased GAP Insurance with the Bank but it didn't pay off all the remaining balance. We are now stuck with paying off that remaining balance out of our pockets. Please beware of this bank there GAP insurance is not good if you ever had to use it. Please don't use this bank for auto loans. MSG US Army retired. My spouse name is Beverly Allen, and she is very disappointed with this bank.

    I try to never give negative reviews but this bank is terrible. They charge fees even when people are in hardship... How does it make sense to charge somoene fees when they are struggling to pay bills. Inconsiderate and inconsistent. If you want a bank that cares for customers, avoid this one at all costs. They like to out holds on everything, especially when you need it most.
