I wanted to get my city sticker, online it said they closed at 8 so I went in and lady asked me what I needed so I told her and because they were closing soon (it was 6:50) the lady told me no. I didn’t know they changed times & I don’t understand why have the door open then? Or why even ask what I needed. Could’ve just said they were closed in the first place! SO RUDE. I understand everyone wants to go home but if you’re still on the clock you’re still working! I ended up going to another one

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only went in to get $5 in change and I still left with no service. A red headed lady was very rude. I was smiling and everything and asked her was there a problem. Long story short She DID NOT SERVICE ME AND I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER veryyyyy nasty attitude. I need to speak with someone above her and complain. There is no way I should walk in there and still come out not being serviced for only getting $5 in change

Just left this location. Sign says “open “. Website says closes at 8 pm. The teller inside the location shook her head “no” and door is locked yet it’s only 7:00 pm.

Horrible customer service the lady that is there doesn't want to help anyone she was very racist didn't wana help me at all i went to a diferent currency exchange and got what i needed if people don't want to work don't sit there and do nothing give the job to someone that actually wants to work and has a nice attitude get people that have respect for others and good customer service

Hate this place, refused to do my Western Union talking about my ID Does'nt match, went right to next currency had absolutely, no problems whatsoever. Only in our neighborhoods!!

They always friendly and never crowded. Would hive 5 stars but the salon next door somethimes makes parking impossible

go here all the time everyone of people are very friendly , answer my questions and are so helpful my granddaughter and myself look forward to our errands here we know to be seeing some smiling , helpful people

Horrible customer service. Couldn't even help me out with information on their money services before hanging up on me. Not a currency exchange you'd want to visit

Needed to transfer some money that they helped me with, will be back in the future.
