5 Star Bank S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs

The reps are great and helpful so 1 star, however this is the third time a direct deposit has disappeared the day AFTER posting to our account leaving us with an insane overdraft amount! Where's our money? They usually have no idea and never see the direct deposit. My husband's employer has had to help us and it looks like she's gonna have to do it again! I feel like someone is trying to steal our money like we won't notice. Time to switch banks!

i think 5star bank is the best bank ever. i do not work here. their tellers are great and the new accounts department is the coolest, and their manager John Williams is the man. again i do not work here, and i most certainly don't work in the new accounts department

Avoid working with Aileen Berrios. She demanded we use title company that was not in our contract. Would not return phone calls or emails. Exhibited unprofessionalism and anger during closing. Delayed closing. Not worth aggravation. No one should be treated that poorly.

Avoid at all costs! Needs updating badly and poor customer service. They still don't have chip cards months after every other institution does. Online banking is super glitchy and doesn't work 90% of the time, only 2 locations both of which are located in ridiculous places.. the o my one in town is downtown and it took 15 minutes just to find the door since the signs are super misleading. Banking here is difficult to say the least and the employees are obnoxious trying to get into your business and ask inappropriate questions about how your spending your money etc.. especially the weaselly white guy inside... very unprofessional.
