Worst branch out of all of them. I'm a contractor have a lot of checks going through the bank. Never had a problem until I visited this branch and the teller decided to put a 4 day hold on a Check I needed for materials. This being after after she made me sit at the ATM for 25 minutes. Have been with this bank for 15 years, ever since they were members credit Union. Never have I looked down on them, until today. Was also given quite the attitude from the staff inside when I went to dispute it. I will definitely drive across town and go to any other branch before I visit this one again.

Every employee I’ve done business with has been friendly, helpful and overall great with their customer service! Over the phone, in person, and at the drive thru-they’ve consistently been wonderful folks! David in the loan department was fantastic! He’s been very kind, timely and extremely informative! Love that it’s a local credit union!!!

Ive had a 4front account for years and within the last years its been nothing but a nightmare. Rude staff this branch Especially never being helpful when unknown charges kept appearing on my account. We had disputed a scam charge then tried to take the $100 back out because “they couldn’t contact us even though i never got a single email or call about it. Finally ended up just closing my account with them because they do not care about their members.

The customer service is awful. 4Front is holding my money hostage because they believe the charges are ligit, they are not. Not only that, but the vendor charged me twice to the tune of 365 dollars, plus 100 in bounced check fees. Can't pay my rent, phone, or car payment. I am very, very angry about this. It was a scam. Can get zero help from the CU.

I've had an account for 2 years. It's been terrible. They forced me to close an account that had all my direct deposit income information with a 2 week notice. They said that it was flagged for fraud in February but didn't let me know until OCTOBER and didn't allow me to have access to the mobile banking app during that entire time. The phone service is terrible. Long wait times and won't return your call after choosing to be called back with a very unhelpful staff with bad attitudes. However they act very different in the lobby.

This is the absolute worst bank I’ve worked with it takes a half hour for someone to pick up the phone just to spend 10 minutes on the line to tell you that the person you’re talking to is useless and it requires a specialist who may or may not even give you a call. I would never recommend this bank to anyone save yourself the headache and the time

Had to run into 4Front today. Was very sad to see not 1 person with a mask. Not the staff nor customers. This Virus is raging in Traverse City right now! What the hell?
