Do not bank here. Rarely do I write negative reviews but after this experience, I have to agree with those before me. My concern stems from the incompetence* of their representatives. I communicated my situation with the same representative (Tiffany) 4 times if not more during a 4-5 week span. I made payments & arrangements. Though we were in verbal agreement at the end of each conversation [when I would provide a recap & next steps], she would call the next week claiming that the protections I requested (and she agreed to) were nonexistent. She even laughed at one point claiming that I had faulty recollection of what she said. The next set of calls followed suit. Don't bank here. *speaking to true definition of the word not rep's intelligence.

Megan West is a terrible employee. Nothing but rude and disrespectful to her members. I go into the office in Windsor Locks to complain and tell them I want to cancel my account, the branch manager Peter said he’ll happily cancel them. Didn’t want to apologize or try to retain me as a customer. He was happy to let me walk with my four accounts. Never do business with this company. Unless you want headache after headache after headache. Even when we took our auto loan out initially. We had to drive 30 minutes to the Enfield branch because they were better at customer service than this terrible branch in Windsor Locks. They don’t care about their customers at all

DO NOT BANK HERE. Worst bank ever. I tried to get an auto loan and they would only do it with a co-signer. For any amount! I made almost $100k last year and so far making even more this year, my credit score isn’t great but it’s not bad, I’ve never missed or given a late payment to a credit card, student loan or my current auto loan and I have been at my current place of employment for over 5 years. Not to mention, their mobile banking is always down and they have fees with everything. Definitely going to look for a new place to bring my business.

Their mobile banking app and website are constantly down. This is to be expected once in a while I get that, but, multiple times per year and it's always for several days. How can you consistently have these system issues and expect customers to be loyal? I have not had access to my accounts for several days, no one answers the phones and no one returns your calls. You'd think basic customer service 101 that they'd have someone available to answer phones to at least be able to provide account balance/activity. Been flying blind all week.

I selected this credit Union waiting for help after having a bankruptcy two years ago. The credit card I applied was declined. They are not perfect. But they can be better. They declined the credit card. While other bank approved a loan car over $18K. The credit score is the same for everyone. Ridiculous 🥴

Avoid this credit union at all cost. Worst customer service and employees who are not trained properly. Not once, but twice…Monies were lost and/or not transacted improperly. Also, a car loan which was done incorrectly costing me thousands of dollars to correct. Time to move on to a bank with the merit and integrity to earn my business.

Poor Service: I was waiting while two tellers were chatting amongst themselves as if they were waiting for someone else to take care of me. Better customer service is needed as well responsive to the members. Working: In this establishment the turn around rate has risen and not many tellers seem to stay or actually say they enjoy working here. Overall: This company needs more working employees and management to ensure things are ran properly instead of leaving it up to the tellers. This company needs more KEY PLAYERS instead of just front line of PAWNS. Training: The training manager does want to train anyone correctly and put emotion over work. So lack of training leads to a larger turn around for employees, which again leads to my conclusion this company is not a enjoyable environment nor a fit for a working employee looking to excel in the banking field.

Beware - they will close your “savings” account if it becomes inactive and take any remaining money as “fees”. They will NOT COMMUNICATE to you in any way before doing this. In a time of a pandemic when people are experiencing financial hardship and where people are stuck at home unable to get to a bank this is unacceptable customer treatment. Find yourself a different credit union that understands that a savings account is SAVINGS and might not have a lot of activity. And a bank that does not close your account and take your money with ZERO communication.

Only reason it's a 1 star besides the fact you can't give no rating - is because of the nice, young man at the teller station. (didn't get his name :/). Jennifer on the other hand was rude, and unwelcoming. Can't take her eyes away from the computer long enough to acknowledge us and say, "So sorry about the wait. Someone will be with you shortly". Horrible customer service, followed by emotionless employees. Thank you to the young man who helped me quickly, and accordingly :)

(DO BETTER)I have been with the bank for 15 years recently I went to go get a mortgage from them and it seems like they can care less. Spoke to 2 loan officers neither one return my calls in a timely manner or at all. When I spoke about the kind of mortgage I would like they told me I could not get it instead of telling me that they did not offer that product and leading me somewhere else as to get the loan that I am looking for. 1st I tried reaching out to David Capone who never ended up returning my calls. Then I was in contacts with Is Bill Crowley Who I spoke to once about getting my preapproval for a mortgage that I thought was my only option. Overall I'm very disappointed with their mortgage department, the banking side of the business has never done me wrong. I think they can do better than they did for me I would like to see them turn is that kind of customer service around for the better.
