1st Security Bank S 3rd St, Elma

Visited the Elma branch last week and had the pleasure of Hannah’s customer service. My mom had been giving her acct number, but Hannah wasn't able to find it, all bcuz the new acct my mom was in changed her number. Hannah was so polite and apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, that honestly never took place. You can tell she enjoys her job and she enjoys making sure customers are treated well. It’s a genuine characteristic for her. I hope you all recognize her youthful age and what she brings to your organization… Thank you !! Hannah keep shining you are a TRUE beacon of LIGHT!!

The women working at the Elma, WA branch are so very friendly and are always willing and able to help me with any of my banking needs. They take the extra time to listen and get to know me as a person, not just a customer. Thanks, ladies!!!

My father had an account with this bank in hadlock. I have to admit I was very reluctant to deal with them being they once were bank of America. Did not like that bank. I used the Elma branch because it was closer to me and they helped me set up an estate account. I recently changed over to my account. These ladies there are amazing. They helped me get through all the rough paperwork and got everything set up. I highly recommend this Branch they rock.
