They were very helpful an nice when I called them about a loan that came in the mail. Came to the office, gave a little information an signs a few papers. Easy payments. Got a check, cashed it an handled everything that I needed. Thank you 😊

Don't deal with either branch in Barnesville or Thomaston! Crumb snatchers! Processed my payment via PayPal and phone last week. Money stayed in my account all weekend untouched and they call me today with a penalty charge because their system does not accept payments in check processing form. Cool, my problem is, if this was a problem before with previous customers it should be made known that the payments do not go thru rather than tack on penalty fees unaware to the customers! BOTH offices were rude as well as discourteous. Recommended I call my bank. Well my bank has not been giving myself OR anyone else any processing problems. Sounds as if they are preying on customers unaware of this situation and I would advise all customers to deal with cash only while dealing with these branches and keep it as less as possible! They asked for routing numbers as well as account numbers. I furnished both, TWICE! Their system don't allow those payments from Cash app, PayPal or Chime. I was told this upon the second phone call after requesting a extra service charge!
