What a God Send! 1st Capitol Mortgage (Larry Knopf & Tim Ford) were extremely efficient, well versed, and super easy to work with. Everything started with a brief phone call with Larry and he went over what we were looking/hoping to do, and provided different options. Most everything was able to be done right over the phone with him. Once the pre-qualification process was done, we went into the office and signed everything for the pre-approval. From that time forward, Tim (and Larry when necessary) would reach out to us to provide documents and responses needed. They made life EASY! We were first time home buyers and they took the worry and anxiety out of everything. They literally explained everything we would be expected or needed to provide, and 98% of it was able to be done via internet, email, and fax. Wonderful dispositions, highly professional, easy to work with, and HIGHLY recommended!
