    I walked in and was literally greeted and felt immediately welcomed by everyone! My experience was wonderful!!! Even the manager introduced herself and made sure my visit was productive and all of my needs were met. I love banking with 1st Advantage it’s so easy and hassle free.

    Orly Marin-Wirtes is amazing! Her customer service is outstanding. My last 3 times @ CNU branch I have been waiting to do my stuff, and she always offered me help. She is always one step ahead.

    I was very surprised by this mailbox service, I was a little afraid of leaving my deposit there with money but seeing my email. I said: wow this is a great help. A million thanks for your efficient work tools and staff. I am happy with you!

    This branch is not friendly at all. I recommend not joining this credit union! Systems are not integrated, so any fraudulent activity has to be handled by two seperate offices, which are not open during the weekends. Their fees are excessive and not standard with other credit unions and the customer service is just poor. Also, they hold your checks for 7 business days, which again, is not the standard holding period. They make every means to collect fees and hold your funds! Dealing with this bank has been the worst experience.

    I’m closing my account as soon as their 9 day over the top business hold from another local company on Dec 9th releases. I opened an account online the week of Thanksgiving. I also funded it with my debit card from another institution. Well conveniently 1st Advantage lost my money to fund the account! I went back-and-forth to this branch for three days on my lunch break, including speaking to a customer service representative at the call center. Which forwarded my information for another young lady to call me and tell me I didn’t fund both accounts. At this point I was very annoyed and confused on how my money just disappeared. I finally had to take my bank statement from my other institution to show them proof that they had taken my money. The branch claimed they had to have another department handle online accounts and someone would call back. After the headache of three days they called and stated that my money was hiding somewhere in a “GL” account. How does an institution lose money? In that call they stated “They found my money and I should be go to go”. Well that’s an appropriate apology! Geez thanks 1st Advantage for that half apology! Oh and to mention I tried to deposit a money order through their online banking mobile app. FAILED. Apparently my Basic Checking account somehow does not qualify to deposit Mobile Checks. I can’t wait to close my account! I don’t recommend anyone nor will I refer anyone to this institution. The bad thing is all this happened in one weeks time. Not happy at all!
