    Been a member for several years now and have never really had an issue; they're understaffed right now like every other business seems to be, so wait times (especially in the drive-thru) are usually long, but I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carol Spence at the Cybernetics Way office for any questions or concerns! She provides excellent customer service with a fantastic personality, and is truly an asset to 1A members!

    I was having problems logging into my account online and after phone calls, messages and going in person I finally met with Lorraine Cochrane, a customer service rep. Lorraine went step by step trouble shooting everything and got me back to normal. This type of customer service is why I bank at 1st Advantage Thank you for all the help!

    1st Advantage Credit Union is THE best banking intuition I have ever worked with! They are military friendly, a local business and you will not find better customer service anywhere! I currently have three other banking institutions to include NFCU and USAA and I promise you they don't come close to 1st Advantage when it comes to mortgage rates, business loans and HELOC's!     They put a 10 day hold on an electronic transfer (ACH). I made an ACH transfer from another bank to 1st advantage and it went in the next day. I went in to wire some money and they told me there is a 10 day hold on the funds. I don't think that this is a reasonable hold time for an electronic transfer. Have been a customer since 2007 and every time I try to conduct larger transactions they just don't seem to be able to handle them correctly. Even their policy states different than what they told me!

    I was looking for a place in the area that has shared banking and this place is amazing! Shared banking that allows us to even go to the drive-through…incredible! The building is very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

    Teller Rudy made a mistake then told us to write it out next time. No take ownership you made a mistake. I should not have to write things out on a drive-through. Also didnt give me back my debit card now I'm having to turn around to pick up .

    Poor customer service since I opened my account? If I could rate it zero I would. Every time I call, they can’t find my account, or I have to call someone else to make payment or system is down..
