I hired Kathy’s services during the tax season, I run a small shop and she told me that she mostly works with small local businesses. I thought that she could take care of my taxes and I relied her. I requested her to pick up the documents to which she declined and then I went ahead and dropped off the documents. After that she’d ask me drop off one document on one day and another next day.
